 West Wind Villas is an RV Community that was formerly a manufactured home community. It is 17.94 acres more or less, includes a nice frontage parcel that would be perfect for mini storage. There are some manufactured homes still on the property. Some are tenant owned and some are park owned. The occupied ones have great residents, and the unoccupied ones could be rehabbed by the new owner or removed. All sites are approved for either RVs or manufactured homes.
